The Resident’s Association have been responsible for many projects in addition to routine maintenance tasks over the past few years:
Terrace Railings – replacement of iron railings for the entire front terrace

Planting – planting of laurel bushes on Great Western Road and flowers/shrubs on Terrace bedding areas.

Build the Fence?
Currently under consideration is the erecting of a low level fence along the grass area of the front terrace. This is to stop dog owners allowing dogs to foul on the grass and also to protect any new planting.

Kerb Cleaning – routine cleaning of kerbs to remove fallen leaves, rubbish & dirt.
